Greg Blatt is the CEO and Chairman of The Match Group, a company that owns and operates over 45 dating websites. He has been with the company since 1998, when it was just an idea. Under his leadership, Match eventually became one of the most popular online destinations for singles looking to date or find someone special.
Mr. Blatt first joined IAC as the Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions in 1998, then served as President of IAC’s USA division from 2001-2002, Chief Operating Officer from 2002-2005, and Chief Executive Officer from 2005-2008.
At IAC, Blatt oversaw a broad range of companies including Match.com, the Princeton Review, Expedia, CitySearch, CollegeHumor and Vimeo.
In 2008 Mr. Blatt moved to Japan where he served as CEO of Rakuten Inc., one of the world’s largest Internet companies with operations across 25 countries. In 2012, Greg Blatt returned to IAC and was given the additional role of Chairman.
Mr. Blatt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamilton College and earned his MBA from Harvard Business School shortly after beginning his career as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs & Co. He currently lives in New York City with his wife and two children.

Greg Blatt is a Community College dropout from Nassau Community College who parlayed a summer job selling ad space for his college newspaper into a career within Goldman Sachs.
